Yes. Work is good. What makes it unpleasant is the fatigue that accompanies it. Human beings like to accomplish things, but effort is inevitable.

Yes, despite tiredness, if one finds a noble motive for working. Work becomes happier when it is done with love, service, responsibility, and a supernatural outlook.

Work can be done for selfish motives, for noble human motives, or for supernatural motives. The best work serves others, supports family and society, collaborates with creation, and can sanctify the person.

With right intention, attention, intensity, care for details, order in time, and an apostolic sense. A job done badly does not satisfy the worker, others, or God.

Teamwork means placing one's abilities and resources at the service of a common goal in which others also collaborate.

Often it is excellent, because different abilities cooperate and the result can be better and faster. But it can be useless if there is no coordination, responsibility, or shared objective.

Someone must guide the work, tasks must be planned and distributed, each person must do his part, and all must know how to listen, speak, receive corrections, and seek solutions.
