Jesus Christ is the Son of God made man. He is perfect God and perfect man. He came into the world to reveal the Father, save us from sin, and open the way to eternal life.

Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary in Bethlehem. His birth was humble, but accompanied by signs from heaven: angels announced Him to shepherds and a star guided the Magi.

Jesus lived in Nazareth with Mary and Joseph. He worked, obeyed, prayed, and sanctified ordinary family and professional life by living it perfectly.
4. What did Jesus do during His public life?
He preached the Kingdom of God, taught the truth, forgave sins, formed the apostles, performed miracles, and showed by His words and deeds the mercy and holiness of God.

He freely accepted His passion and death out of love for the Father and for us. On the Cross He offered Himself as a sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins.

Yes. On the third day He rose from the dead. He appeared to many witnesses, strengthened the apostles, and confirmed the truth of His mission.

He left His doctrine, the sacraments, the apostolic mission, and a hierarchy with Peter and his successors. The Church continues His saving mission throughout history.
