You are not what you produce

Work matters and is worth doing well, but it cannot be the only thing that says who you are. If you only look at yourself by what you produce, any tiredness ends up seeming like a failure. Work finds deeper meaning when you unite it to service, family, God, and the real good of others. Then fatigue does not vanish, but it stops ruling over your heart. Here the underlying question is simple: what is truly driving your life. Sometimes there are many tasks, many plans, and much information, but very little direction. When a truth truly sinks in, it also reshapes your calendar and the way you look at yourself.
