Value work that is hidden

In every community there are visible tasks and tasks that almost no one notices. Preparing, cleaning, listening, tidying, waiting, praying, minding details. Without that, many beautiful things collapse. The culture of applause can make us value only what stands out. But love often lives quietly in what is hidden, where there is no spotlight and yet someone gives themselves. God sees that good. And a healthy Christian community also learns to appreciate it.
