Sex before marriage?

Sexuality is not merely something physical. It touches intimacy, self-giving, trust, and the way one person gives themselves to another. The Christian vision does not seek to devalue the body, but to protect the deep meaning of love. Desire needs truth, commitment, and responsibility so as not to empty itself. Chastity does not treat desire as an enemy. It seeks to integrate it into a love capable of respecting the full dignity of the other and of giving itself with truth, fidelity, and responsibility.
