Does God want your good?

Sometimes you call "good" whatever is comfortable, fast, or avoids effort. But God looks deeper than your immediate comfort. His good does not always coincide with your plans, but it does with your deepest truth. God wants you to grow, love better, and reach the fullness you are made for. Trusting in the good God wants for you does not mean everything turns out comfortable. It means believing that his call does not seek to diminish you, but to teach you to love with greater truth.
