The Church is a family with room for everyone

The Church is not a club for the perfect or a place for those who already have everything sorted out. It is a family where every person should be able to find a place, a word, and a path. That does not happen simply because it is written down. It is built in parishes, groups, and friendships where someone greets, includes, listens, and notices who is missing. If Christ welcomes, we Christians cannot live with closed inner doors. Family is truly felt when the newcomer stops feeling like a stranger.
