Your CV is not your identity

When you introduce yourself, it is normal to talk about work, studies, or what you do well. The danger appears when those facts become the only measure: a promotion seems to increase your worth and a professional failure threatens to erase you. Your identity includes relationships, convictions, wounds, promises, and a call from God that no profile can summarize. It is built through decisions, but it is not born from scratch each morning. You are someone received, loved, and able to respond. Living from that root does not make effort irrelevant. It puts it in its place. You can work with ambition, learn, and accept mistakes without asking each result to justify your existence. The CV describes what you have done; it has no authority to decide how much you are worth.
