Your body is made by love
You are not an accident or a rough draft: you are made on purpose.
Sometimes you look in the mirror and see only a list of defects to fix: this is too much, this is missing, this should be changed. As if your body were an imperfect draft on the way to a good version that never arrives.
But you are not an error to correct. Your body, as it is, is the fruit of a Love that wanted you this way. Every feature, even those you dislike, is part of someone thought and desired, not a factory defect. That does not mean stopping to care for yourself; it means caring for yourself from a different place.
There is a big difference between caring for what you love and punishing what you despise. Treating your body as a gift—resting it, feeding it, moving it—is not the same as fighting against it. The first heals; the second wears you down.
Key idea
Your body is not an error to correct, but a gift loved just as you are.
Your challenge for this idea
Today treat your body as something loved: rest, eat, or move by caring for yourself, not punishing yourself.
