Why is there confusion about faith?

Much confusion about faith stems from incomplete ideas, prejudice, quotes taken out of context, or lack of formation. Sometimes a caricature is rejected, not real faith. That is why sound judgment is needed. Seeking serious sources, asking well, and forming yourself avoids living on stray opinions about God and the Church. Faith does not ask you to switch off intelligence. It invites you to seek truth with humility, without reducing reality to what you can measure or verify by yourself.
