What helps you grow in faith?
Formation, life, and experience: not mere ideas alone.
Growing in faith does not consist merely in accumulating answers. Formation is needed to understand better what you believe, but also prayer to be with God and concrete decisions to see how that faith illuminates life.
Faith weakens when it remains isolated in a corner. In contrast, it matures when it enters work, rest, relationships, doubts, and difficulties. A Christian truth genuinely understood ends up shaping your calendar and how you treat others.
It also helps to walk accompanied. Seeking advice, going to confession, reading the Gospel, and drawing close to people who live coherently does not take away your freedom. It gives you real support to respond to God with greater depth.
Key idea
Faith is lived out in reality, not only studied.
Your challenge for this idea
Live something concrete of your faith today: a personal prayer, an act of charity, or a good decision.
