Weeping can also be prayer
God does not listen only to neat, orderly sentences.
There are times when clear words simply will not come. Only weariness, tears, or a mixture difficult to explain. That too can be placed before God.
Prayer does not ask you to act as if you were fine. You can present yourself poor, confused, and needy. Sometimes that simple truth opens up more of a path than many perfect phrases.
It is not about denying what you feel or living with a mask. It is about giving emotion its proper place: listening to it, naming it, looking at it with truth, and deciding afterwards with greater freedom. Feeling something with great force does not mean it has to rule.
Key idea
Prayer can begin by bringing to God what you cannot order.
Your challenge for this idea
If you do not know how to pray today, tell God exactly that and stay with him for one minute.
