Feeling something strongly does not mean seeing everything clearly.

Prudence helps contrast what you feel with facts. It is not about denying emotion, but about not letting it be the only voice. Feeling something strongly does not automatically make it true or false. It helps to name it, understand what it signals, and then choose a good response.
