Living as a team makes you more human

Some people live as if everything were an individual race: standing out, winning, being right, being seen. But real life is more like a team than a shop window. You need to learn to pass the ball, ask for help, celebrate what is good in others, and take your place without taking over everything. That does not make you less valuable; it makes you freer to love. The Church also grows this way: with diverse members, visible and hidden, strong and tired. No one is superfluous when everyone seeks to build.
