Listening to Christ requires silence

You cannot listen well if everything inside and outside is noise.

Constant noise does not just fill the surroundings: it also occupies the heart. Screens, rushing, and distractions make it hard to recognize what God wants to tell you. Christ usually speaks in depth, not in agitation. Silence is not wasted time; it is opening space for encounter. Silence is not empty when lived before God. It can be the place where you order your heart, acknowledge a concern, and learn to listen.

Key idea

Without silence, it is hard to encounter Christ.

Your challenge for this idea

Keep ten minutes of real silence today. No phone, no music, and no rush.
