Lift your eyes to Jesus
Not everything is solved by staring at the floor or staring at your screen.
There are days when you live hunched over: problems, worries, pending messages, and a head that never stops. Without realizing it, you end up looking only at the immediate and losing the horizon.
Lifting your gaze does not mean denying what weighs on you. It means remembering that your life does not end with what worries you today. There is a good you can do, a person you can love, and a God who has not left.
Looking to Jesus puts things back in perspective. It does not instantly remove your problems, but it helps you avoid living locked inside them.
Key idea
Your gaze is trained when you put Jesus back at the center.
Your challenge for this idea
Stop for two minutes today, put down your phone, and ask Jesus where he wants you to look.
