How to raise strong children

Protecting your children is natural, but overprotecting them can stop them from growing. They also need to learn how to make an effort, make mistakes, ask for forgiveness, and start over. Educating does not mean always stepping in, but walking alongside them with affection and high standards. Fortitude is built little by little, through small and real responsibilities. Raising children does not mean solving every difficulty for them, but helping them grow in freedom. Affection and firmness can walk together when they seek their real good.
