Having many contacts does not prevent loneliness
Loneliness does not always come from being alone, but from being unable to truly encounter anyone.
You can have full chat groups, constant messages, and an active social schedule, and still not know whom to call when something hurts. The quantity of contacts creates movement, but does not guarantee a connection where you can drop your guard. Deep friendship requires time, attention, and a degree of vulnerability. It is not built by sharing intimacies with just anyone, but by verifying little by little who listens, keeps what you entrust, and remains when the conversation stops being fun.
Escaping loneliness does not always consist in meeting more people. Sometimes it asks you to take better care of two or three bonds, ask a less superficial question, and dare to answer with truth when asked.
Key idea
