Does your life matter?

Your life is not valued only by what you produce, what others see, or what you feel in a low moment. Your worth is deeper. If God creates you and sustains you, your existence is not indifferent. You are loved personally, and that gives a dignity that nothing superficial can take away. Your dignity does not depend on producing, pleasing, or always getting things right. It has a deeper root: you are a person, created by God and called to a real relationship with him.
