Does providence eliminate fear?

Trusting in God does not mean never feeling fear at all. You can have faith and, at the same time, fear a loss, a decision, or a hardship. Trust does not magically erase the emotion, but it places fear in the hands of someone far greater than you. There begins a different peace. Trusting that God takes care of history does not eliminate your freedom. It allows you to act with seriousness and, at the same time, surrender to God that which lies beyond your hands.
