Difference can enrich

When someone comes from another culture, sensibility, or background, you can see it as a complication. It changes codes, customs, schedules, meals, words, and ways of understanding life. But difference can also teach. It shows you that your way is not the only one, that there are gifts distributed everywhere, and that reality is wider than your habit. Christian unity does not need uniformity. It can welcome differences and order them towards the common good.
