Christ is the center of all creation

The Christian faith affirms that everything was created through Christ and for Christ. That is not limited to our planet or to what we know now. That is why, if intelligent life were ever confirmed outside Earth, the Christian question would not be whether Christ stops mattering, but how that life relates to him. One would have to think deeply and carefully. But the centrality of Christ does not fall because the universe is bigger than we imagined. On the contrary: the larger the creation, the deeper its mystery appears.
