Faith

Christ does not ask for immediate perfection

He asks for a journey, not appearances.

Falling, getting distracted, or starting over does not mean that your relationship with Christ is broken. What cools the heart is not falling, but stopping returning. Christ is not scandalized by your weakness. He invites you to get up, ask for forgiveness, and keep walking with greater humility. Christ does not ask you for instantaneous perfection before you approach. He asks you for sincerity, repentance, and a willingness to take the next step with his help.

Key idea
