It can take the form of faithful prayer, work finished with care, a sacrifice that makes you freer, or an act of service that makes someone's life more pleasant. A very concrete unity of life appears there: dealing with God and attending to your duties cease to be separate worlds. What you do out of love enters your relationship with him. Christ does not compete with your day; he wants to meet you within that real day.
